Data deletion instructions

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Scope

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information held by Braluma. It can also serve as the data-deletion instructions URL for Meta/Facebook integrations, including Facebook Login for Business and WhatsApp Embedded Signup. This page applies in Canada, excluding Quebec. If you reside in Québec, this English page is not intended for you: Québec's Law 25 contains distinct requirements. Please contact our Privacy Officer before submitting a request from Québec.

2. How to request deletion

Email our Privacy Officer (DPO) at dpo@braluma.com with the subject Braluma data deletion.

Include only what we need to locate your record:

  • full name or company name;
  • email or phone used with Braluma;
  • unit/organization name, if applicable;
  • WABA ID, Phone Number ID, or Business ID if the request concerns a Meta/WhatsApp connection and you have those identifiers.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes, or full identity documents by email.

3. What happens next

  • We verify the identity or authority of the requester.
  • The automatic Meta callback detaches only an exact matching Meta/Facebook sign-in link. It does not delete a global Braluma user, a shared WABA, a phone number, or a platform-owned connection.
  • Requests involving a WhatsApp tenant connection, access token, message, attachment, or other organization data are reviewed by the DPO and handled only after the requester and affected asset are verified.
  • We delete or anonymize personal information unless retention is required by law, tax or accounting duties, fraud prevention, security, or contract performance.
  • We respond within 30 days, including for requests involving Google data, unless the law permits a different timeline or we need additional information to confirm the request.

4. Revoke Google access

To stop access for a Google Ads, Google Data Manager, Google Business Profile, or Google Calendar connection, use Disconnect in Braluma's marketing connections area. This stops future access granted by the connection.

You can also revoke access directly in your Google Account permissions: Revoke access in Google Account permissions (opens in a new tab).

The response timeline stated above also applies to requests involving Google data.
